HOPS( earlier named as South West Delhi Football club )is first ever registered club (Regtd. in july 2016) with Football Delhi/Delhi Soccer Association( DSA) in Najafgarh Area. DSA is affiliated with All India Football Federation( AIFF). AIFF is governing body of FIFA .

House of power soccer (HOPS) is football Academy/ Club where children/ players learn/ practice in two lush green grounds under experienced coaches and veteran players. Ground is enclosed by boundary wall having trees all around. There are Open Gym, change room, toilets , lockers , deep fridger, grass cutting machine, generator and all other accessories required in soccer ground.

Both HOPS FC & HOPS Football Academy are run by " DHARAM FOUNDATION" Trust ( regtd). There is no fee to get admission in HOPS FC it is totally charitable . All expanses are met through donation by trustee, member HOPS ,football lovers ,friends & voluntarily by capable players.etc.

Purpose is to provide ground to underprivileged youth those found no space and facilities due to lack of resources and non availability of grounds in Najafgarh and near by areas/ Delhi. HOPS FC became champion of "B" division league 2018 . There are large numbers of players from HOPS ACADEMY who are performing best at higher level regularly and getting selection in Delhi state team for Santosh Trophy, Delhi state school team under different age categories, I league second division ,senior division etc. Girls of HOPS fc are getting selection at National level . Recently there is a selection of player of HOPS in under 17 camp for word cup to be held in 2022.

Further HOPS received a award for Best Non residential Academy in Rural Area 2019- 20. On the request of management of Dharam foundation the name "HOPS FC" is approved by DSA ( Delhi Soccer Association) in Dec 2019. Earlier club named as South West Delhi FC. Tag line HOPS MAKE MIRACLE Dharam Foundation have a registration u/s 12AA and 80 G of Income tax act, 1961.
